By using this site you agree to these terms. They're short, and mostly about the free files.

Printables, templates and patterns

Our printables, spreadsheets and sewing patterns are free for personal, non-commercial use. You can:

• download, print and edit them for your own wedding or event, in as many copies as you need;
• share a link to the page where a file lives.

You can't:

• sell the files, or products made mainly from them, such as printed tags or cards;
• upload or redistribute the files on other sites, marketplaces or file-sharing services;
• remove the site name from the files or present them as your own.

For any other use, ask us.

Calculators and guides

Calculators and guides are provided as is, for planning. Results are estimates, not quotes: prices vary by place and season, and real tables, fabrics and flowers vary too. Measure, check prices with your vendors and buy a margin. We try hard to get the numbers right, but we don't guarantee that any result is accurate or suitable for your event, and we aren't liable for decisions made from it.

For anything involving open flames, food or electricity, follow the manufacturer's instructions and your venue's rules.

Text, calculators, diagrams and files on this site belong to Bow Ties & Bliss unless marked otherwise. Quoting a short passage with a link is fine. Copying whole pages is not.

We link to other sites as sources or examples. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
