Hello dear readers! I hope you are enjoying this beautiful spring morning wherever you may be. It feels more like summer here, and I certainly can’t complain about all this lovely weather we’ve been having. :)
I wanted to apologize for missing a couple of days last week. Last week was a crazy work week for me so unfortunately the blog had to be put on the backburner more than I would have liked. This week I am heading to Seattle for 3 days to help my mom with a big fundraising event that she’s hosting at her store, but I am going to try extra hard to have all posts pre-scheduled and ready to go!
Now, on to the floral print prettiness…I may be slightly obsessed. This is a detail I wish I saw more of! It’s the perfect way to bring in a fun, colorful, vintage-y vibe to your big day. And, few things scream “summer!” quite like floral prints do!
I have seen a fair share of gorgeous floral print bridesmaid dresses (like these lovely ones)… but what about a floral print wedding gown!? I am so in love with the bride’s dress in the photo above! I don’t know that I have ever seen someone rock floral print so well.

For the groom, a floral print bow tie or neck tie would be the perfect way to tie in a floral theme. Aren’t these all just so much fun? I have (sadly) never seen Andrew in a bow tie but I keep meaning to buy one for him because I know he would look soo handsome. :)
Another more subtle approach to rocking floral print is to dress up your feet with some pretty patterns… aren’t these gorgeous!? The ones on the right from Farfetch are seriously amazzzzing. The slingbacks on the left can be found on Shoedazzle.
There are so many ways to tie in floral print throughout your wedding fashion. If you are looking for some super fun & colorful prints, check out The Happy Couple, who made the bow tie above… they have lots of bow ties & ties, ring bearer pillows, banners, and more! A floral print clutch is a great way to add in a “pop” of floral if you don’t want your bridesmaids to be completely decked out. But, if you do like this look, I highly recommend this Peach Rose Dress from Ruche! So pretty!
So, have I got you hooked or what?? Isn’t floral print just the prettiest? I am hoping to see lots of these looks throughout this summer’s weddings! You might also like...
