What do you get when you combine a jewelry artist with a love for vintage brooches, a historic church from 1888, and a stunning color palette of purple and gold? None other than Lori and Robert’s marvelous wedding! Their wedding was truly a labor of love, put together with help from family and friends and Lori’s incredible talent. Lori took advantage of her skills and created gorgeous brooch bouquets for both her and her maid of honor, as well as the beautiful necklace she wore. She also adorned her grandfather’s bible with gold brooches to match her bouquet, and even the cake and card box were sporting gold brooches.
The historic 1888 episcopal church, now the San Marco Preservation Society, provided a gorgeous location for the ceremony with exposed beams and unique dark pine woodwork. Lori also created the beautiful flower cones lining the aisle. The reception was put together by friends and family, using rented linens, their own china and cutlery, and antique napkins borrowed from the mother of the bride.
Gwen of Gwendolyn Tundermann Photography captured the lovely photos, and she said of Lori and Robert’s big day, “We just love everything about this wedding! It was so sweet and personal and I think it really captured the style that Lori envisioned for her perfect day. Their friends and family were so much fun, and they helped so much with making sure that Lori & Bob’s day was everything they dreamed of!”

These “Make a Wish” cards are so cute and make a great guest book alternative.

And the necklace she made… wow. Just stunning.

Lori’s ring is so stunning. I can’t get over it.
