Sharon & Jared had their wedding at the beautiful Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art in Auburn, Alabama. This allowed for some stunning portraits! Sharon wanted a simple, modern wedding with black and white damask patterns and bursts of purple. I think it turned out wonderfully, and I especially love the bursts of purple. Purple has always been and probably always will be my favorite color to incorporate into weddings. This shade in particular is so stunning! It really makes a statement and ties everything together. Esther Julee captured the details and special moments of the day perfectly. Check out her blog to see more photos from the day!
There is a special place in my heart for sand ceremonies. We did this at our wedding, with similar colored sand, but the glass was shaped like a heart. And now it’s across the room on a shelf, as a reminder of our wedding day and the commitment we made. :)
I adore these bridesmaid dresses! The color and the style… ah they are just perfect in my opinion. Plus they look amazing with the silver heels.
The damask theme looks so great with the pops of color don’t you think?
Thank you Esther for sharing this gorgeous wedding with me, and congratulations to the lovely couple!
